Made of dried old pine and equipped with braces on the back with authentic brass screws. A special feature is the 3 boards effect.
Like all vinsigns, hand painted/lettered and provided with a special finish.
It is delivered with unique production number and certificate.
The Allied landings in Normandy had created a second front in Western Europe, but a further Allied advance was opposed by German Wehrmacht units, which formed a barrier around the bridgehead. After the success of Operation Cobra, which led to the breakout of the 3rd US Army on the Atlantic near Brittany in the west, the Americans under the overall command of Bradley and the commanding General Patton succeeded in encircling the German 7th Army in its rear with the left breakout wing. At the eastern end of the beachhead, the British and Canadians under Montgomery attempted to seal off the Falaise pocket from the direction of Caen.
